鲜食玉米收获机关键部件设计研究

摘    要:针对鲜食玉米人工收获劳动强度大、普通玉米收获机收获损伤率高的问题,采用仿生摘穗原理研发鲜食玉米收获机,对夹持装置、摘穗装置、切割装置等关键部件进行了设计研究,确定了其参数。田间试验表明可满足鲜食玉米收获要求,具有推广应用前景。

Abstract:In view of the current problems of high manual labor intensity and high damage rate of ordinary corn harvester in the current harvesting of fresh corn, the principle of bionic ear picking was used to develop the fresh corn harvester, and the key components such as clamping device, ear picking device and cutting device were designed and studied, and their parameters were determined. The field experiment shows that it can meet the harvest requirements of fresh corn, and has the prospect of popularization and application.
