摘    要:研究超声波的处理时间、温度、功率对灰毡毛忍冬(Lonicera macrathoides Hand.-Mazz.)种子萌发能力的影响,寻找其超声波处理的最佳组合,为提高灰毡毛忍冬种子的发芽势和发芽率提供理论依据。在适宜的温度、湿度和充足的氧气条件下,进行常规的种子萌发试验,统计灰毡毛种子在不同组合的超声波处理时间、温度、功率条件下的发芽势和发芽率。灰毡毛忍冬种子经适当的超声波处理,可以提高其发芽势和发芽率,正交试验发现10 min、40℃、40 W的超声波处理条件最适宜于灰毡毛忍冬种子的萌发。超声波可以打破灰毡毛忍冬种子的休眠,提高其发芽势和发芽率。

The effects of Ultrasonic Wave (UW) on the seed germination ability of Lonicera macrathoides Hand.-Mazz.

Abstract:To study the effects of UW treatment time, temperature and power on seed germination ability of Lonicera macrathoides Hand-Mazz, then find the best combination of ultrasonic wave treatment in or- der to provide theoretical basis for germination potential and rate of Lonicera macrathoides Hand.-Mazz. Seed. In the appropriate temperature, humidity and oxygen-rich environment, a conventional seed ger- mination experiment was conducted to calculate the seed's germination potential and rate under different combination treatment. Results: The potential and the rate of germination of the seed of Lonicera macrathoides Hand.-Mazz. were both improved by appropriate ultrasonic wave treatment. The orthogonal test shows that the best germination condition for Lonicera macrathoides Hand.-Mazz. seeds was treated by 40W ultrasonic wave treatments at 40℃ with 10 minutes. Conclusion: The ultrasonic wave can break the dormancy and improve the potential and the rate of germination of Lonicera macrathoides Hand.- Mazz seed.
