摘 要: | 为了探索烟—薯轮作模式下烤烟轮作障碍的消减技术措施,进行施用生物有机肥对烟-薯轮作土壤生态影响大田试验,研究生物有机肥及生物有机肥配合灭菌剂对烟—薯轮作模式下有障碍的植烟土壤生态的影响。试验结果表明,施用生物有机肥及生物有机肥配合灭菌剂均能显著增加烟—薯轮作模式下植烟土壤的微生物的种群多样性,根际土壤的细菌、放线菌、真菌数量较障碍土壤(TCK)分别增加了810%、512.1%、147.3%;施用生物有机肥或生物有机肥配合灭菌剂显著提高根际土壤微生物活性、生物量碳氮分别达107.6%、21.2%、15.7%,根际土壤养分也显著增加。试验说明,综合各项指标,以7500kg/hm2生物有机肥料和配施灭菌剂I改善烟—薯轮作模式下植烟土壤生态的效果最为理想。

The impacts of applying bio-organic fertilizer on tobacco-sweet potato-tobacco crop rotation |

Abstract: | In order to explore the abatement measures of flue-cured tobacco crop rotation obstacle under tobacco-sweet potato-tobacco crop rotation pattern, one field-experiment of applying bio-organic fertilizer was conducted for its impact on soil ecology and to study the effect of the bio-organic fertilizer or bio-organic fertilizer and sterilant combination application to the obstacle of tobacco-planting soil ecology under this pattern. The experiment results show that compared with the obstacle soil, the count of bacteria, aetinomyces and fungus were increased 810%, 512.1% and 147.3% respectively in the rhizosphere soil. Applying the bio-organic fertilizer and the fertilizer combination with sterilant can remarkably improve the rhizosphere soil microorganism activity and biomass carbon and nitrogen, and which were increased to 107.6%, 21.2% and 15.7% ,and the rhizosphere soil nutrient was increased significantly, too. The experiment explain that under integrated indicators, with 7500kg/hm^2 bio-organic fertilizer and sterilant I combination application can improve the tobacco-planting soil ecology with best effect under tobacco-sweet potato-tobacco crop rotation pattern. |
