| Abstract: | Pingjiang sits at the northeast of Hunan province. It is a typical big agricultural county and it is the state's impoverished county. This county is mountainous,outlying,impoverished and big. During these years, agricultural comprehensive development office in Pingjiang have made some conclusions of the experience and is looking for a new approach to improve the actual situation. |
