夜合扦插繁殖技术试验

摘    要:通过双因素3水平试验设计研究不同木质化程度的插穗(A)、不同生根促进剂种类(B)及不同生根促进剂浓度(C)对夜合扦插生根率的影响,结果表明,夜合半木质化的绿枝(A2)使用的生根促进剂ABT-1#(B1)质量浓度为300 mg.kg-1(C2)进行处理,生根效果最好,夜合扦插成活率达到92.7%。

Abstract:Through 3 levels by two-factor experimental design,the influence differences of different lignified cuttings(A),different rooting accelerators(B) and concentrations of different rooting accelerators(C) on rooting rate were studied.Result shows that half-timbered greenwood(A2) of Magnolia coco treated with root accelerator ABT-1 #(B1) whose mass concentration is 300 mg·kg-1(C2) can obtain the optimal rooting rate,being 92.7%.
