| Abstract: | In recent years,more and more foreign banks have entered into China for development.Especially the Korean banks are the most successful predecessors.Based on reviewing the history of Korean banks entering chinese market,the author analyzes its reasons from the aspects as follows: supporting the development of small and medium Korean companies in China,loosening the entrance control on the foreign banks,maturing of the Chinese consumer finance market.At last,some risks which Korean banks in China may experience in their business are pointed out,meanwhile,some countermeasures and suggestions are given. |
