贵州甘蔗新良种基地建设及其产业化发展研究

以贵州甘蔗新良种的更新换代需要为目标，以甘蔗良种繁育基地建设为核心，以先进适用技术的试验示范和推广应用为依托，以甘蔗良种基地产业化发展措施为手段，切实加强贵州甘蔗良种的引（育）筛选、试验示范、综合鉴定、繁育推广、技术培训、参观学习、辐射带动等多功能配套的甘蔗良种繁育基地建设，使贵州甘蔗新良种的推广应用逐步达到试验示范统一、评价标准一致、品种结构合理、栽培技术配套、供求关系协调之目的，并引导贵州甘蔗良种繁育基地建设向产业化集约经营的方向发展，进一步推动贵州甘蔗生产的良种化进程。
