| 摘 要： | 结合国家启动茶叶现代农业产业技术体系建设,从茶树种质资源、新品种选育、栽培技术、病虫害治理与病毒资源调查与利用、制茶工艺及机具和茶史与茶文化等方面对贵州茶叶产业技术研究现状及存在问题进行了分析,提出了构建贵州茶叶产业技术体系的设想.

| Abstract: | Combining construction of modern agricultural industrial technology system started by the country on tea,this paper analyzes the status and existing problem of Guizhou tea industry from aspects of tea tree germplasm resources,new variety breeding,cultivation technique,pests control,investigation and application of virus resources,tea processing technology,tea history and tea culture,and puts forward a design for construction of industrial technology system on Guizhou tea. |
