摘    要:研究了非线性弹簧车辆悬架系统的动态特性,主要从理论上分析了用变刚度弹簧代替定常刚度弹簧后悬架的动态特性。为了反映实车状况,着重讨论了在调和激振和随机路面激振下变刚度弹簧悬架簧载质量的动态相应特性。结果表明,在悬架系统中采用变刚度弹簧能有效地改善乘坐舒适性,同时为车辆悬架系统的优化设计提供理论依据。

Abstract:In this paper,the dynamic performance of vehicle suspensions having a non-linear variable stiffness spring instead of conventional one were studied.The acceleration response of the sprung mass for the quarter vehicle model the suspension system under periodical excitation and certain road uneven random excitations were discussed.It demonstrated that in the vehicle suspension system by choosing variable stiffness springs,ride comfort can be improved efficiently,the result may supply theoretical base for optimal design of vehicle suspension systems.
