西藏半野生小麦研究进展

摘    要:西藏半野生小麦(Triticumaestivumssp.tibetanumShao)是具有原始染色体结构的普通小麦,遗传研究表明它比原始栽培类型中国春更原始、更接近野生种。断穗和包壳是西藏半野生小麦典型的原始和分类性状,对其进行研究有助于更清晰地认识西藏半野生小麦的起源和分类地位。本文对西藏半野生小麦的分类、细胞学、生化及分子标记的研究进展进行了综述。

Abstract:Tibetan semi-wild wheat (Triticum aestivum ssp tibetanum Shao) is one type of hexaploid wheat with primitive chromosomes composition. Genetic analyses suggested that tibet semi-wild wheat is more primitive and closely related to the wild progenitors of wheat than Chinese spring, which is a primitive cultivated variety. To (investigate) the spike disarticulation and hulled character, which are primitive and classification characters, would contribute to understanding the origin and classfication of tibet semi-wild wheat more clearly. The research progress of tibet semi-wild wheat in classification cytolofical analysis, bioch emical and molecular markers were (reviewed) in this paper.
