鲜大豆剥壳元件的试验研究

为提高鲜大豆壳效率、降低破损率以增强鲜大豆粒出口创汇能力,进行了小间隙双轧辊剥壳元件的试验研究,求得影响剥壳率和破损率的主次参数和参数较优组台,设计了大豆荚定向喂入装置,为鲜大豆剥壳机的研制提供了可靠的依据。

Studies on hulling element of fresh soybean pod

Preliminary experiments were done and the hulling element with two rolls in equal diameter and small clearance was designed.By the use of single factor tests and orthogonality tests the optimum combination of parameters was found.Besides,the vibrator feeder with ladder delivering table was developed which can put the fresh soybean pod in order and make its end enter into the hulling element.This furnished a reliable basis in the manufacture of the soybean huller.
