摘    要:采用湿润育苗方式,以常规草炭基质为对照,研究了不同配比的黄沙、玉米秸秆、锯末替代常规基质在苗期不同生育阶段对烤烟苗期根长、根宽、根面积、根体积、根数等形态指标以及丙二醛、脯氨酸(Pro)等抗性生理的影响,结果表明:适宜的替代材料较对照不仅能有效提高干物质积累,而且能有效促进根系形态建成;不同替代材料对烤烟苗期抗逆指标的影响不同,丙二醛含量随烤烟幼苗的生长发育变化不规律,Pro含量随烤烟幼苗的生长发育不断增大,在育苗后期,替代材料处理的烟苗Pro含量较对照高。

Abstract:The experiment was carried out to study the effects of huangsha, corn straw, sawdust, replaced matrix on the morphological index and resistance physiology such as length, avg-diam, surfarea, rootvolume, tips and MDA, Pro of leaf with seedling nursing on moist trays in different growth stages. The results showed that suitable substitute had more effective raise accumulation and root morphogenesis than CK, the different substitute on resistance. The content varieties of MDA were not regularity in different substitute treatments with growth stages, the content of Pro increased continuously with the process of growth pushing forward, and that with the different substitute was higher than CK in the late grow-seedling stages.
