杨树体细胞胚胎发生研究概况

摘    要:综述了杨属树种体细胞胚胎发生研究概况,共有13个树种进行了体细胞胚诱导。对影响体细胞胚发生的因素,如外植体、激素、氮源等进行了综合分析,并对体细胞胚胎发生中的同步性和畸形问题进行了讨论。该文对今后杨树体细胞胚研究及其意义亦提出一些看法,认为诱导胚性愈伤组织是体细胞胚胎成功发生的关键,应逐步开展体细胞胚发生的生理、生化及分子水平机理研究;加强杨树体细胞胚发生及机理研究,不仅在其遗传改良、离体繁殖等实际应用中有重要意义,而且作为林木生物学研究的模式树种,对林木发育生物学及激素调节等理论的研究亦有重要价值。

Abstract:An overview on the studies performed on 13 species or hybrids involved in somatic embryogenesis was presented. The factors influencing somatic embryogenesis including explant, hormone and nitrogen source etc. were analyzed in detail, and a discussion was given to the synchronization and abnormality in somatic embryogenesis. Some suggestions were proposed for the studies on somatic embryogenesis and its importance. The induction of embryogenic callus is the key to the success of somatic embryogenesis. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct researches on physiology and biochemistry of somatic embryogenesis and its molecular mechanism. Acceleration at studies on somatic embryogenesis and its mechanism in poplar is of great value to genetic improvement and micropropagation; meanwhile, it will also be beneficial to the studies on developmental biology of forest tree and the mechanism of hormone regulation in morphogenesis.
