摘    要:根据芝麻油在波长299,294,290.5nm处有不同于其他植物油的吸收,采用三波长二阶导数紫外分光光度法直接测定芝麻油含量,与波多因法测定结果基本一致.这一方法具有快速、稳定、试剂易得等特点,可批量检测.

Abstract:According to absorpting spectrum of sesame oil at wavelength of 299,294,290.5 nm,which differ from other vegetable oil,the content of sesame oil is directly determinated by triwavelength second derivative ultraviolet spectrophotometry,and the result is nearly the same as that of Baudouim.Furthermore,the method is characterized by its quickness,stableness and its reagent being apt to abtain.Finally,this method can be used for batch determination.
