多晶硅厂含氟酸性废水的处理

摘    要:对某多晶硅厂排放的酸性高浓度含氟废水,采用石灰中和沉淀,以亚铁盐作混凝剂和高分子PAM作絮凝剂用混凝沉降法进行了处理。结果发现在最佳实验条件下,150.00mL废水中加入CaO、FeSO4和PAM用量分别是33.3、6.7g/L和667.00mg/L。废水中F-浓度下降至10.00mg/L以下,排放废水含氟量达到国家标准。

Abstract:Atreatment for acid high fluoride wastewater from a polycrystalline silicon factory by coagulation and precipitation was carried out.The process was used lime as neutralize precipitation,ferrous sulfate as coagulants and polymer PAM as occulant.It is found that the optimum experimental conditions for 150.00 mL wastewater,adding dosage of CaO,FeSO4 and PAM is 33.3g/L,6.7g/L and 667mg/L,respectively.The concentration of wastewater can be reduced to below 10.00mg/L and meets the national drainage standard.
