| 摘 要： | 目前,我国乡镇存在人员匮乏、整体文化水平不高等现象,导致畜牧兽医队伍建设遇到了很多困难。分析乡镇畜牧兽医队伍建设过程中存在的困难,并对如何强化乡镇畜牧兽医队伍提出了相关对策。
