| 摘 要： | 县域农业科技创新体系是我国农业科技创新体系的重要组成部分。本文阐述了县域农业科技创新体系建设必要性,在剖析县域农业科技创新体系建设的现状与问题的基础上,从农业科技创新体制改革、资金投入、人才队伍建设、风险保障机制、农业推广和中介服务体系建设等方面,提出相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The Sci-Tech Innovation System of county agriculture is an important part of national agricultural Sci-Tech Innovation System. This paper expounds the necessity of Sci-Tech Innovation System of county agriculture construction. Based on the analysis of present situation and problems of the Sci-tech Innovation System of county agriculture construction, some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward including reform of agricultural Sci-Tech Innovation System, financial input, talents training and development, risk security mechanism, construction of system for agricultural extension and intermediate service. |
