温室菌草袋栽银耳技术研究

摘    要:银耳是中温型食用菌,菌丝生长适宜温度25℃~28℃,子实体生长适宜温度20%~25%,生长周期为35d-40d。从银耳栽培季节的选择、培养料配方、栽培室的设置、菌草栽培银耳工艺及其子实体采收与加工等几个方面探索温室菌草袋栽银耳技术。

Research on Bag Cultivation Technology of Tremella with Juncao under Natural Conditions

Abstract:Tremella was an edible fungi of medium temperature type. Appropriate temperature of mycelial growth was 25℃ to 28℃ and optimum temperature of fruit body growth was 20℃-25℃. The growth cycle was 35 d -40d. This paper approached the technology on bags cultivating Tremella with Juncao under the natural conditions from these aspects, such as the selection of cultivation season, medium formula, the setting of cultivation room, craft of Juncao cultivating Tremella, fruiting body harvest and further processing.
