摘    要:随着转基因作物的迅速发展,转基因作物食品大量涌向市场,由于其安全性没有定论而受到广泛关注。本文对国内外转基因作物食品基于核酸检测技术进行概述,着重介绍目前使用较广泛的检测技术的特点及其存在的主要问题,为转基因作物食品严格管理提供技术参考。

Abstract:With the rapid development of genetically modified crops,a large number of foods from genetically modified crops flooded the market.Its debatable safety has been concerned widely.The nucleic acid detection techniques for genetically modified crops at home and abroad were reviewed.The characteristics and main problems of current popular detection techniques were emphatically introduced to provide technical reference for strict management.
