| 摘 要： | 介绍了快速培育彩色马蹄莲（Zantedeschia spp.）种球的途径、方法和种球的储藏技术,以及彩色马蹄莲细菌性软腐病的生物学特性、危害现状及防治方法,重点综述了利用组织培养繁殖彩色马蹄莲种球的理想培养基配方及试管苗移栽的适宜时间。指出目前彩色马蹄莲细菌性软腐病根治困难,只能以综合防治措施为主。提出利用正向遗传学和反向遗传学以及植物生长调节物质等途径进行彩色马蹄莲抗细菌性软腐病研究,以提高彩色马蹄莲对软腐病的抵抗能力。

| Abstract: | This paper reviewed the research advances on the development of methods for culturing bulbs of Zantedeschia spp. The biological characteristics, hazards and control measures of bacterial soft rot of Zantedeschia spp. had been discussed. Discussions on ideal culture medium formula and the best time for transplanting test tube plantlets using tissue culture technology had also been included in this article.
