过氧乙酸戊二醛复方消毒剂与氨气的互作

摘    要:为研究氨气与过氧乙酸戊二醛复方消毒剂(简称复方消毒剂)相互中和的效果及氨气对消毒效果的影响,通过测定不同剂量512倍稀释的复方消毒剂,在不同作用时间、不同氨气浓度时,喷雾消毒前后气雾柜内细菌数量和氨气质量浓度,计算杀菌率和氨气中和率,以确定512倍稀释的复方消毒剂对氨气的中和效果及高浓度氨气对其杀菌效果的影响。结果显示:在氨气质量浓度为40.98 mg/m3时,512倍稀释的复方消毒剂分别以15、30、60 mL/m3剂量喷雾,作用30 min后,氨气中和率分别为13.3%、17.8%、54.0%;在氨气质量浓度分别为40.98、48.57、56.16 mg/m3时,512倍稀释的复方消毒剂以15 mL/m3喷雾消毒,作用30 min后,杀菌率分别为100%、99.6%、99.2%。结果表明:在氨气质量浓度40.98 mg/m3,作用30 min后,512倍稀释的复方消毒剂,喷雾剂量60 mL/m3可实现理想的中和氨气效果,15 mL/m3可实现理想的消毒效果。

Abstract:In order to study the neutralization effect between ammonia and glutaraldehyde peroxyacetate compound disinfectant(hereinafter referred to as“disinfectant”)as well as the action of ammonia on disinfection effect,spraying disinfection was carried out by the 512-fold diluted disinfectant with different dosage interacting with different concentrations of ammonia for different disinfecting time,then the concentrations of bacteria and ammonia in an aerosol cabinet prior to and post spraying disinfection were measured,so as to calculate the sterilizing rate and neutralization rate of ammonia to identify the effect of 512-fold diluted disinfectant on the neutralization effect of ammonia as well as that of the ammonia with high concentration on the disinfection effectiveness.The results showed that the neutralization rates of ammonia were 13.3%,17.8%and 54.0%,respectively when 512-fold diluted disinfectant was sprayed at the dosage of 15,30 and 60 mL/m3 respectively for 30 min at the ammonia concentration of 40.98 mg/m3;and the sterilizing rates were 100%,99.6%and 99.2%respectively when the disinfectant was sprayed at the dosage of 15 mL/m3 for 30 min at the ammonia concentration of 40.98,48.57 and 56.16 mg/m3 respectively.It was concluded that under the conditions of 512-fold diluted disinfectant interacting with the ammonia of 40.98 mg/m3 for 30 min,the expected effects of neutralization and disinfection could be achieved by the spray dosages of 60 and 15 mL/m3,respectively.
