火焰原子吸收分光光度法与甲醛肟法测定水中锰的方法比较

摘    要:通过检出限研究、考核样测定、精密度和准确度试验,分析实验室采用甲醛肟分光光度法测定水中锰含量的可行性。测定7个水样,每个水样3次重复,采用方差分析(F检验),明确火焰分光光度法与甲醛肟分光光度法测定水中锰含量的差异显著性。结果表明,甲醛肟分光光度法测定水中锰的实验室检出限为0.009 7mg/L;用火焰原子吸收分光光度法和甲醛肟分光光度法测定考核样,结果分别为0.493及0.502mg/L,均在考核样锰含量的不确定度范围内。在P〈0.05时,2种方法测定水中锰的结果无差异显著性。

Abstract:To analyse the feasibility of using formaldoxime photometric method to determine Mn in water and clarify the difference between FAAS and formaldoxime photometric method in determining Mn in water. Variance analysis(F test), detection limit test,monitoring test sample, accuracy and precision were investigated. The Mn concentrations in seven water samples were determined with three replications by the two methods and F test analysis was performed. The results showed the detection limit of Mn by formaldoxime photometric method was 0. 0097 mg/L. Mn contents in test sample determined by the two methods were 0. 493 mg/L and 0. 502 mg/L, respectively, which both are in the uncertain ranges. No significant difference between two methods in determining Mn contents in water at the level of P〈0.05.
