| 摘 要： | 通过试验，建立了一项用于种子酯酶同工酶电泳（EST－PAGE）法鉴定杂交油葵G101及其亲本品种纯度的技术。该法无需进行种子脱脂，快速，准确性较高，重现性好，是油料作物品种纯度鉴定的一种有效方法。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a technology of seed TST-PAGE that can successfully test the variety identification of hybrid oil sunflower G101 and its parents. It makes the variety identification more quickly and correctly without defatting, and it contributes much to the study of oil crop variety identification. |
