摘    要:目前,转基因大豆研究已成为国内外大豆分子生物学的研究热点,国外已成功将转基因大豆作为推动大豆产业发展的动力.我国转基因大豆研究处于起步阶段,缺乏具有自主知识产权的高效转基因大豆品种,应借鉴国外先进的转化技术和成功经验,立足现有技术,改进遗传转化体系.文章综述转基因大豆的应用概况和研究现状,介绍大豆遗传转化体系和大豆转基因方法,阐述目前转基因大豆存在的问题及应用前景

Abstract:Soybean genetic transformation becomes the most important research area in soybean molecular biology.Commercialization of transgenic soybean varieties in North America and South America had significantly promoted the development of the soybean industry economically.In China,soybean genetic transformation is in the preliminary stage and it is very important to adopt new transformation techniques abroad to improve our genetic transformation system.This paper summarized the research progress and development of soybean genetic transformation.The problems and perspectives of soybean genetic transformation were also discussed.
