施用硝基缓释专用肥对金银花产量及品质的影响研究

目的：试验金银花硝基缓释专用肥肥效。方法：采用田间小区试验。以铵态氮复合肥为对照，观测硝基缓释专用肥不同施肥梯度下金银花生长、产量与品质指标。结果：施用硝基缓释专用肥促进了金银花生长及其产量的提高。B2、B3的株高、分枝数、单叶鲜重达到了显著差异水平；B1、B2、B3分别增产4.07%、9.58%、11.29%，B2、B3达到了显著差异水平。施用硝基缓释专用肥对金银花绿原酸含量影响明显，B3的绿原酸含量达到极显著差异水平，绿原酸含量增幅11.6%；但是对金银花木犀草苷含量影响不显著。金银花产量与品质之间有较强的正相关性。结论：在南方地区，采用金银花硝基缓释专用肥有利于金银花的栽培管理。

Effects of Sustained Release Nitro Fertilizer on the Yield and Quality of Flos lonicerae

Objective：The aim was to test the efficiency of sustained release nitro fertilizer of Flos lonicerae. Method：It was conducted field plot experiment to study the effects of sustained release nitro fertilizer on the growth,yield and quality indexes of Flos lonicerae in different fertilization gradient compared with com-pound fertilizer（ammonium nitrogen）. Result：The tests indicated that application of sustained release nitro fertilizer promoted growth and increased yield of Flos lonicerae. The plant height, number of branches, weight per leaf of B2 treatment and B3 treatment were significantly increased（P＆lt;0.05）;the treatment of B1,B2 and B3 increased the yield by 4.07%,9.58%（P＆lt;0.05）,11.29%（P＆lt;0.05） respectively. The applica-tion of sustained release nitro fertilizer induced remarkable effect on the content of chlorogenic acid , among which B3 treatment increased 11.6%（P＆lt;0.01）. The influence of sustained release nitro fertilizer on the content of luteoloside didn′t reach significant level. There was a strong positive correlation between the yield and quality indexes of Flos lonicerae. Conclusion：In the southern area,it is beneficial to apply sus-tained release nitro fertilizer for cultivation and management of Flos lonicerae.
