徐州市风华园小区噪音污染问题分析及对策

摘    要:该文通过对徐州市风华园小区的声环境质量进行了工作日3d和春节3d总共6d的实地监测,共划分了8个监测点,得出各监测点在7个时间段的声级值。根据GB 3096-2008《环境质量标准》对工作日期间的噪音值进行分析,且对工作日期间和春节期间的噪音值进行了研究对比,得出结论:小区噪声值在工作日白天平均值为47.4dB,夜间平均值为36.4dB,均达到了国家规定的1类声环境功能区的标准;节日期间的噪声值在白天平均值为68.7dB,超标13.7dB,夜间的平均值为70.9dB,超标25.9dB。

Noise Pollution Problem Analysis and Countermeasures of Fenghua Community in Xuzhou City

Abstract:Based on the sound quality monitoring of six days of Fenghua community in Xuzhou, including working three days and the three days of spring festival.The residential community was divided into eight monitoring points.The sound level values will be obtained for each monitoring point in seven period time. Then putting forward a brief analysis and the corresponding countermeasures for noise pollution during the weekdays in accordance with GB 3096-2008“acoustic environmental quality standards”. And the noise lev- el during the weekdays and during the Spring Festival has been studied contrast, then draw conclusions: The average of Community noise level during the day on weekdays is 47.4dB, the average of nighttime is 36.4dB, which have reached the national standard Class 1 acoustic environment functional areas; The aver- age of noise level during the day during the holiday is 68.TdB,exceeding 13.7dB,the average of nighttime is 70.9dB,exceeding 25.9dB.
