| 摘 要： | 选用0日龄樱桃谷肉鸭90只,随机分为3组。试验组分别于0日龄和14日龄颈部皮下注射SSTR疫苗,正对照组和负对照组同期同部位分别注射同剂量乳化佐剂和生理盐水。本实验结果表明:SSTR疫苗能促进肉鸭生长,并有提高饲料转化率的作用。

| Abstract: | Studies were carried out to determine the effects of novel vaccine SSTR on growth performance of cherry valley ducks. Ninety 0 day old ducks were randomly divided into 3 groups. All groups fed the same base diet. Experimental group was given neck subcutaneous injection with 1ml SSTR at day 0 and 14. Positive control group was given 1ml adjuvant, negative control with the same volume saline at the same time. The results indicate that SSTR can enhance growth of ducks and improve feed conversion. |
