乌嘴鸭核心群母鸭体尺测量结果分析与性能观测

通过对100羽120日龄初产前乌嘴鸭母鸭进行体尺测量,并跟踪后期生产性能观测,结果表明:乌嘴鸭母鸭大体质量组与中、小体质量组间体质量上存在着显著差异,且胸围、颈长、龙耻骨间距间也有显著差异。但协方差分析结果表明,本次测量的母鸭体尺间的部分差异是由于体质量的差异带来。相关性分析表明,体质量与胸围、龙耻骨间距有极显著正相关性。因而选择体质量大的母鸭群,不仅可提高群体的体质量,而且可能选育出胸围大、龙耻骨间距长的母鸭群体,这对提高母鸭的繁殖性能也有好的正效应,而且在后期生产观测中也验证了这一规律。

Body Size Measure Results Analysis and Performance Observation of Female Duck in Lian-cheng Duck Core Flock

Measuring body size of 100 female ducks of 120 days age before first calving and tracking of latter productive performance observation,the results showed that the body weight,chest measurement,neck length and phalange interval are remarkably different among bigger body weight group,middle body weight group and littler body weight group of female ducks.The covariance analysis results showed that the difference between female duck body size is correlated with the difference between body weight.The correlation analysis showed that body weight is very remarkably positive correlative with chest measurement and phalange interval,therefore,by selecting bigger body weight of female duck flock,not only the body weight of duck flock is higher,but also that the chest measure and phalange interval are bigger than no selection,and it is helpful to enhance reproduction capability of female ducks,which is demonstrated in latter performance observation.
