| 摘 要： | 通过4 a试验研究了不同收割时间对产量及米质的影响,结果表明:收割过早或过晚加工品质下降,收割时间对外观品质影响不大,收割早食味品质有提高的趋势。综合考虑吉林省的气象条件,水稻的抽穗期应在8月5日左右,收割期在9月25日前,抽穗至收割的时间在45～50 d时,才能比较安全地保证产量和米质。

| Abstract: | The experimental results in four years showed that too early or over late harvest time could lower the milling quality of rice,but had no significant effect on appearance quality.Early harvest was probable to increase eating quality.Comprehensively considering climatic conditions in Jilin Province,it was safe to guarantee yield and quality when the heading time of rice was August 5 or so,the harvesting time was prior to September 25,and the period of heading to harvest was 45 or 50 days. |
