农垦改制区农村农业信息化现状及发展对策研究

目前,湖南省信息化建设正处于一个蓬勃发展稳步提速的关键期,及时发现建设中存在的问题并合理解决,以经验总结和理论创新为推手促进农村农业信息化建设稳步快速进行是一项意义重大的工作。以大通湖区调研为例,通过实地调研,深入了解大通湖区农村农业信息化建设现状,分析农村农业信息化建设中存在的问题,在统计分析的基础上明确农村农业信息化建设的整体情况。研究结果表明,该区紧密结合农垦区的区域经济、产业要求和自身条件,在农村农业信息化建设方面发展迅速且成绩显著,但仍存在信息传播渠道单一、缺乏信息价值预判、农业信息员队伍建设滞后、农业电子商务环节薄弱等问题。针对大通湖区在农村农业信息化建设中存在的问题,提出了相应的解决对策,以期促进问题的快速解决。

Study of Current Conditions of Rural Agriculture Informationization and Development Countermeasure in Agriculture Reclamation Area after Restructuring

Currently,the information construction is booming Hunan province.To find the problems in construction and solve reasonably,and according to the past experience and theories creativity,to push the rural Informationization is a significant job.In this paper,present condition of construction in Datong Lake District has been investigated through fieldwork.After the analysis of exiting problems,the whole situation of agriculture informationization construction was understood.The results showed that in Datong Lake District,combining the regional economies,industrial and own conditions,the construction of agricultural information had made rapid development and remarkable achievements,while there were still some problems,such as the simple channels of information dissemination,lack of information value prediction,the lagging construction of workers in information construction and the weak link in e-commerce of agriculture.Focused on the existing problems in information construction of Datong Lake District,the corresponding solution was proposed to resolve the problems.
