摘    要:探讨了"工学交替的3+2教学模式"在高职微电子技术专业人才培养过程中的具体实现方法,对相关的配套制度进行了分析和讨论,建立了行之有效的工学结合的教学模式,缩短了工学结合的周期,提升了工学结合的人才培养模式效果。

Abstract:In this paper,the method of "3+2 teaching model combining working with studying" in the process of vocational microelectronic technology professionals training,and the related supporting system were analyzed,and a well-established engineering alternative teaching model was established,with engineering cycle reduced,and the training mode effect improved.
