稻瘟病菌菌丝融合的初步研究

摘    要: 为了研究稻瘟病致病性的变异机制。采用水稻、马唐、龙爪稷和蟋蟀草上分离的共155个稻瘟病单孢菌株,作单个菌株的菌丝融合观察,结果:来自水稻上的菌株菌丝融合频率为6l,4%,这表明稻瘟病菌的菌丝融合普遍存在。不同地区的菌丝融合频率差异很大。通过马唐等寄主上分离菌的菌丝融合频度比较发现,其它寄主上稻瘟病菌的菌丝融合也普遍存在稻瘟病菌的菌丝融合可分为4种类型:U-形;H-形;Y-形和锁状融合形。

Abstract:In order to study the variation of pathogenicity on Pyricularia grisea Sac,a total of l55 isolates of Pyricularia grisea Sac,were tested for hyphal fasion of single isolate with WA(water+agar)cellophane culture,and their 135 isolates came from 5 different locations of Yunnan,12 isolates were from Japan.Twenty isolates were isolated from 3 speices grass-host in Yunnan(finger grass, flnger millet and goose grass) the results shoewed that 61.4% isolates from rice plant occurred hyphal fusion,in which only 4.8% of those isolates were a high degree of hyphal fusion(there were many hyphal fusion points in a view-field) Rate of various regions differed greatly in hyphal fusion.Isolates from Kunming were 92%,from Xishuangbanna were 45.1%.Hyphal fusion of isolates from finger grass and finger millet happened frequently while from goose grass were rarely seen.Hyphal fusion were divided into 4 types:U-pattern,H-pattern,Y-pattern and Bridge-pattern,In addition,hyphal fusion were also seen between two isolates.
