云南盐津乌鸡血液蛋白及同工酶遗传多态性研究

 采用水平式淀粉凝胶电泳技术,对云南盐津乌鸡34只个体共计34个基因座位的血液蛋白及同工酶多态性进行研究,发现LAP,AKP-1,AKP-2,CKs-1,PEP-B5个座位具有多态性,多态座位百分比和平均杂合度分别为P=0.1470,H=0.0586.对多态座位基因频率进行计算发现盐津鸟鸡LAP^B,aKP-1,AKP-2°,CEs-l^A,PEP-B^A频率较高.这些结果表明云南盐津乌鸡遗传多样性程度较常见的外国鸡种高,且具有独特基因型.属选育程度低,选择潜力大的地方品种,具有较高的保种价值.

A Study on Blood Protein and Isozyme Polymorphism of Yunnan Yanjin Black-bone Chicken

In the present study,the horizontal starch gel electrophoresis was used to analyze 34 gene loci from 34 Yanjin black-bone chickens.The polymorphisms were found only in LAP,AKP-1,AKP-2,CEs-1,PEP-B The percentage of polymorphic loci(p)nand the average heterozy gosity(H)were 0.147 and 0.0586 respectively.Gene frequencies of polymorphic loci were calculated and found higher in LAP^B,aKP-1,AKP-2°,CEs-l^A,PEP-B^A,The results showed that the genetic diversity of Yunjin black-bone chicken is higher,the special genotypies exist in the chicken.The Yunnan Yanjin black-bone chicken is a local breed with low level of selection,have great potentialities for breeding and possess great values of protection.
