| 摘 要： | 研究ＣＴ诊断腮腺肿瘤的价值。２１例采用ＣＴ扫描与病理对照研究。ＣＴ诊断腮腺肿瘤的敏感性为８２．６％，特异性６６．７％，漏诊率１７．４％；误诊率３３．３％。ＣＴ鉴别腮腺良，恶性肿瘤的敏感性为５４．５％，特异性６８．２％，漏诊率４５．５％，误诊率３１．８％，

| Abstract: | Objective:Study on the value of CT in the diagnosis of parotid tumors. Methods:The comparative study between CT and pathology were carried out 21 cases of parotid tumors. Results:In diagnosisof parotid tumors,the susceptible of CT was 82. 6%,the characteristic is 66. 7%,the missing rate was17. 4 % and the error rate was 33. 3%. To differentiate benign and malignant parotid tumors;the susceptible of CT was 54. 5%,the characteristic was 68. 2%,the missing rate was 45. 5% and the error ratewas 31. 8%. Conclusion:CT hed high susciptible and characteristic to diagnoses parotid tumors and hadgreater value in diagnosis of parotid tumors. But CT was only reference valnue to differiate benigeparotid tumors from malignant ones. |
