水稻优质低温敏核不育系福龙S2 选育与利用研究

摘    要:为了选育水稻优质、低温敏、基本营养型光温敏核不育系,选用只有1对隐性不育基因的“田丰S-2”作不育基因供体,基本营养型优质稻中间材料龙优2为不育基因受体,用杂交+生态压力系统选择法,育成了发育特征为基本营养型,不育起点温度≤23℃,综合性状好,生育期显性、稻瘟病抗性为中抗(MR)、配合力强、异交结实率高、可繁性好的水稻低温敏核不育系福龙S2,2006年11月通过福建省技术成果鉴定。总结出一套便捷、快速、高效的水稻光温敏核不育系育种程序,并对福龙S2的利用前景进行探讨。

Abstract:In order to breed the nuclear infertility series which is quality low-temperature sensitive rice,use only one pair of recessive genes sterile "Tianfeng S-2" for infertility gene donor; and basic nutritional quality of rice which is Intermediate materials Longyou2 to receptor gene for infertility; and the choice of law of hybrid + ecological pressure system bred nuclear infertility series Fulong S2 of low-temperature sensitive rice which has these features: development as the basic characteristics of nutrition, infertility threshold temperature no higher than 23 ℃, good composite characters, dominant growth period, blast resistant is MR, with dispatch, outcrossing solid rate, fan can be good and so on. And it goes through the identification of the technical achievement of Fujian Province in November 2006. They have summed up a set of convenient, fast, efficient program to breed nuclear infertility series Fulong S2 which is low-temperature sensitive rice. The author briefly discusses the after breeding fertility, performance characteristics of Fulong S2 and its prospect.
