苏铁白、绿苗可溶性蛋白质及若干同工酶分析

摘    要:采用聚丙酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳技术,对苏铁绿苗和白化苗进行可溶性蛋白质及若干同工酶区带分析,发现正常绿苗可溶性蛋白质有13条区带,比白化苗多2条;过氧化物酶同工酶谱带有6条,比白化苗少1条;酯酶同工酶带15条,比白化苗多1条.以上结果表明:可溶性蛋白质区带、过氧化酶及酯酶同工酶谱带与苏铁白化苗的性状表达有密切相关.

Abstract:Soluble protein and some isozyme bands of green and albino seedings of sago cycas (Cycas revoluta Thunb )were examined by means of polyacrylamide gelvertical plate electrophoresis The results showed that,in green seedlings,there were 13 bands of soluble protein and 2 bands more than in albino seedlings,6 bands of peroxidase and 1 band less thanin albinos,15 bands of esterase isozymes and 1 band more than in albinos The bands of soluble protein,zymograms of peroxidase and esterase isozymes were closely correlated to character expression of albino seedlings of sago cycas
