摘    要:综述了食用菌人工选择育种、杂交育种、辐射诱变育种、原生质体融合和基因工程育种技术的应用研究现状和进展,指出应在系统考查种质资源的基础上,重点开展杂交育种等常规育种技术与DNA分子标记辅助选择等基因工程育种技术相结合的研究.

Abstract:The current status and prospect of study on breeding techniques of edible fungi in China, including artificial selection breeding, induced mutation breeding, crossbreeding, protoplast fusion and gene engineering breeding was summarized in the paper. It also pointed out that based on research of germplasm resources, more attention should be paid on the research of traditional breeding technique, such as crossbreeding, together with gene engineering breeding technique, such as molecular marker assistant selection in the future.
