鸭疫里默氏杆菌的分离与鉴定

摘    要:对武汉周边地区的病鸭进行了病理剖检及细菌分离培养,并对分离的菌株进行了生化鉴定,最后确定此病为鸭疫里默氏杆菌(Riemerellaanatipestifer,RA)引起的。感染鸭为2~6周龄,RA易在病死鸭的肝脏、脾脏、血液等处分离到,特别是在脑组织中极易分离。该分离菌株的血清型鉴定结果为Ⅰ型RA,药敏试验结果显示对诺氟沙星高度敏感。

Separation and Identification of Riemerella Anatipestifer from Duck

Abstract:Diseased ducks from some districts around Wuhan City were collected and examined by general pathology, isolation and culturation, and was identified as Riemerella anatipestifer. The investigation showed that Riemerella anatipestifer infection was the main cause responsing for death of duck 2 to 6 week-old. Riemerella anatipestifer was isolated easily from the heart,the liver,the spleen,the lung and the kidney, especially the head.Isolated Riemerella anatipestifer strain was examined by biological identification, drug sensitivity test, which showed that this Riemerella anatipestifer strain belonged to serotype 1 and was highly susceptible to rofloxacil.
