八倍体小偃麦与普通小麦杂种自交和回交后代染色体分离的研究

摘    要:对小偃TAI7047与晋太170分别杂交产生各自的F1、F2、F3和以晋太170分别为回交父本和母本与各自的F1回交产生BC1、BC2代应用染色体数目统计的方法进行了染色体传递规律的研究。结果表明:不管是自交还是回交随代数增高都表现染色体数目峰值向普通小麦靠近,且回交靠近的速度快于自交。在回交中无论那个材料都表现出染色体数目是以F1为父本的要比以F1为母本多,说明较少的染色体通过卵细胞被传递下来。

Abstract:To analyze the progenies from the hybrid between Octoploid agroticum Xiaoyan TAI7047 and JINTAI170 and backcross between them using cytology method,we studied the rule of the chromosome.The results indicated: the chromosome number become similar to Triticum aestivum as the increase of the generation similar phenomena was observed both in inbred and backcross lines,and rate of the backcross is faster than inbred.In progenies from the backcross,it suggested that the few chromosomes are transmitted through the egg cell.
