摘    要:随着管理环境的变化,企业管理层关注的不再是如何控制员工,而是如何激发员工的创造力和工作热情。国外企业成功的经验表明,赋能授权管理思想正在引起管理者的重视,并被越来越多的企业应用于实践,成为获得市场竞争优势的有效途径。

Abstract:Organizational circumstance is changing greatly. Managerial focus is not to control employees, but to motive their working creation and enthusiasm. The succeeding experiences from foreign enterprises indicate that empowerment is taking into account seriously by many managers and applied to their organizations. Empowerment has become the key factor which makes them gain competitive advantage.
