| Abstract: | Several factors resulting the disadvantaged agricultural mechanization of both hilly and mountain areas were analyzed respectively，which include natural environments，agricultural production conditions，economic development level and working factors.Then，measures and suggestions were proposed to promote agricultural mechanization of both hilly and mountain areas. |
