| Abstract: | Soil and water loss was a key factor restricted sustainable development of northwest China.From an ecological point of view,the great target and task of western development could be achieved only through dealing with soil and water loss problem scientifically.Key causes of this problem in northwest China were analyzed.On the basis of ecological environment protection and rural land utilization,some reasonable and feasible countermeasures on eco-agricultural construction were put forward according to local practical situation,which provided references and suggestions on effective management of soil and water loss in northwest China. |
