监狱信息化集成系统的设计与实现

在对WEB技术、网络技术和数据仓库技术的研究基础上,针对当前我国监狱管理存在的问题,设计了一个基于网络的监狱信息集成化系统。它包括一套基于C/S的监管改造子系统和一套基于B/S的监狱电子政务子系统,实现了对服刑人员的档案管理、计分考核、分级处遇、禁闭、刑罚变动以及监狱日常的电子公文、信息检索、会议安排等工作的信息化处理。通过对数据的整体处理,充分体现了信息集成化的优势,提高了监狱管理的质量和水平。

The integrative information system of prison

Based on the research of WEB technology,network technology and data warehouse technology,a integrative information system of prison is designed in the paper for the current jail control of our country.A jail management and transformation subsystem based on C/S and a jail E-government subsystem based on B/S is included in the system.The management of the prison,such as personnel's records,scoring inspection,rank,confinement and penalty is realized by the system.And the jail daily work,electron archives,information retrieval and conference arrangement is realized too.Through the data whole processing,the integrative information's superiority is fully manifested,which improved the jail management's quality and the level.
