4种彩叶植物生长期色素含量研究

摘    要:用分光光度法对紫叶矮樱、美人梅、美国红栌、红宝石海棠等4种彩叶植物叶片中的叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和花青素含量进行了测定。结果表明,紫叶矮樱的叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素的含量最大;4种彩叶植物叶片中,叶绿素a与叶绿素b含量比值均小于3∶1;花青素含量从高到低依次是紫叶矮樱、美人梅、美国红栌、红宝石海棠,且花青素在紫(红)色系彩叶植物叶片的呈色中起主导作用。

Abstract:The contents of pigments including chlorophyll, carotenoid and anthocyanin in the leaves of four colorleaved plants such as %Prunus×Cistena% 'Pissardii', %Prunus×Bliriana% 'Meirenmei', %Cotinus coggygria% 'Royal Purple' and %Malus spectabilis% 'Hongbaoshi' had been determined by using spectrophotometry. The results showed that all kinds of contents of pigments in the leaves of %Prunus×Cistena% 'Pissardii' were highest. The ratio of chlorophyll a/b of four colorleaved plants was lower than 3∶1. The anthocyanin content from high to low in turn was %Prunus×Cistena% 'Pissardii', %Prunus×Bliriana% 'MeiRenMei', %C. coggygria% 'Royal Purple' and %M. spectabilis% s 'Hongbaoshi' and the anthocyanin took a leading role in color emerging of the purple(red)leaved plants.
