| 摘 要： | 为了对新农村建设的进展状况作出科学合理的评价,构建了河北省新农村建设的评价指标体系,并用该评价指标体系对河北省5个行政村的新农村建设情况进行了评价。评价结果表明,5个行政村村容整洁与管理民主状况较好,而生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明3个方面实现程度较低。

| Abstract: | The new countryside construction condition of 5 administration villages was evaluated by the evaluation index system to scientifically and rationally analyze progress status of new countryside construction in Hebei province. The results showed that their appearance and democratic management were better,but their production development,living well-off and civilization construction degree were lower. |
