摘    要:黄瓜幼苗在弱光条件下,光合速率降低,呼吸强度下降,多酚氧化酶活性升高,这可能是因为在弱不条件下呼吸作用的末端电子传递体系发生改变。多酚氧化酶活性增强有利于植株木质化程度提高,防止植株软化。

Effects of Weak Light Treatment on the Photosynthesis and Respiration of Cucumber Seedlings
Abstract:Effects of weak light treatment on the photosynthesis and respiratoin of cucumber( Cucumis Satiuvs L.) seedlings were studied in the experiment.The results are as follows:1)The photosynthetic rate(Pn)lowered in weak light treatment than in the check.2)The respiratory rate (Rn) also decreased after the weak light treatment.3)The Polyphenal Oxidase(PPO))activity increases after the treatment.This was possibly caused by the change of the respiratory ending electronic transmitting system in weak light condition.The PPO activity increase could provide the possibility for strengthening the xylem to protect the cucumber plant from softening.
