钼暴露对不同性别SD大鼠血气相关指标的影响

摘    要:为了研究钼对SD大鼠血气相关指标的影响,试验选用健康状况良好的SD大鼠60只(雌雄各30只),雌雄鼠分别随机分为5组,即对照组、钼50组、钼100组、钼200组、钼400组,适应后进行试验,自由进食及饮水,分别在饮水中添加0、50、100、200、400 mg·L-1钼酸钠(Na2MoO4·2H20),以此建立试验动物模型,试验周期为28d,试验结束后抽血测定各组SD大鼠血气相关指标。结果表明:与对照组相比,雄鼠钼50组、钼100组、钼200组pO2和pO2(T)极显著降低(P<0.01),钼400组pO2和pO2(T)显著降低(P<0.05);钼200组、钼400组Lac显著升高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,雌鼠钼50组K+极显著升高(P<0.01);钼100组K极显著升高(P<0.01),葡萄糖(Glu)极显著降低(P<0.01);钼200组K+显著升高(P<0.05),Glu极显著降低(P<0.01);钼400组Glu极显著降低(P<0.01),而ctCO2、pH、HCO3-(act)、HCO3-(std)、BE(ecf)、BE(B)、BB(B)、pH(T)升高(P>0.05)。说明钼剂量达50 mg·L-1时,雄鼠出现缺氧并呈浓度依赖性;钼剂量达100 mg·L-1时,雌鼠出现糖代谢障碍并呈浓度依赖性;钼剂量达200 mg·L-1时,雄鼠Lac升高,出现脱水、缺氧或肝肾功能异常等;钼剂量达200 mg·L-1时,雌鼠酸碱状态指标异常,机体存在明显的代谢性碱中毒。

Abstract:In order to study the effect of molybdenum on blood gas indexes,a total of 60 SD rats(30 male and 30 female)were randomly divided into 5 groups with 5 male and 5 female in each group:control group,molybdenum 50,100,200 and 400 groups.The animal model was established by adding 0,50,100,200 and 400 mg.I'sodium molybdate(Na2MoO4·2H20)to the drinking water for 28 days.The blood gasindexes of SD rats in each group were measured.The results showed that compared with male rats in the control group,pO2and pO2(T)in Mo 50,100 and 200 groups decreased extreme significantly(P<0.01),pO2and pO2(T)in Mo 400 group decreased significantly(P<0.05),Lac of Mo 200 and 400 group increased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with female rats in the control group,K increased extreme significantly in Mo 50 and 100 group(P<0.01)and increased significantly Mo 200 and 400 group(P<0.05).Glu decreased extreme significantly in Mo 100 and 400 group(P<0.01).ctCO2,pH,HCO(act).HCO(std),BE(ecf),BE(B),BB(B)and pH(T)increased in Mo 400 group(P>0.05).The results suggest that male rats appeared hypoxia and concentration dependence when the dose of molybdenum reached 50 mg.L,female rats appeared glucose metabolism disorder and concentration dependence when the dose of molybdenum reached 100 mg·L-1,male rats appeared lac concentration increasing,dehydration,hypoxia or liver and kidney dysfunction when the dose of molybdenum reached 200 mg·L-1',female rats had abnormal acid-base status and metabolic alkalosis when the dose of molybdenum reached 400 mg·L-1.
