摘    要:文章旨在探讨日粮添加不同油脂原料对肉牛生长性能、养分消化及瘤胃发酵性能的影响.试验选择平均初始体重(296±32.33)kg、带有瘤胃瘘管的肉牛48头,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复3头.对照组肉牛饲喂不含油脂的日粮,处理组肉牛分别饲喂含有5%棕榈油、亚麻油和包被脂肪的日粮.在为期10周的饲养试验后测定相关指标....

Abstract:The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different dietary oil ingredients on growth performance,nutrient digestion and rumen fermentation performance of beef cattle.Forty-eight beef cattle with rumen fistulas with an average initial body weight of 296±32.33 kg were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates per group and 3 cattle per replicate.Beef cattle in the control group were fed diets containing no fat,and those in the treatment group were fed diets containing 5%palm oil,linseed oil and coated fat,respectively.After 10 weeks of experimental feeding experiment,the relevant indexes were determined.RESULTS:The intake of dry matter,organic matter and nitrogen and the apparent digestibility of dry matter and organic matter in control group and coated fat group were significantly higher than those in palm oil and linseed oil groups(P<0.05),while the intake of crude fat in coated fat and linseed oil groups was significantly higher than that in control group and palm oil group(P<0.05).Compared with other groups,the apparent digestibility of crude fat in control group was significantly decreased by 31.94%,32.17%and 33.56%(P<0.05),while the apparent digestibility of neutral detergent fiber in linseed oil group was significantly decreased by 18.61%,17.10%and 19.68%(P<0.05),respectively.Rumen unsaturated fatty acid flow in coated fat group was significantly increased by 152.26%and 240%compared with control group and palm oil group(P<0.05),respectively.Rumen ammonia nitrogen concentration in control group and coated fat group was significantly higher than that in palm oil group and linseed oil group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Coated fat reduces the effect of fat on rumen fermentation,and its effect on rumen saturated fatty acid flow is similar to that of linseed oil,but palm oil reduces rumen ammonia concentration and cannot provide unsaturated fatty acid to rumen effectively.
