不同水平的苜蓿草粉添加对肉鸭生长性能、屠宰性能及经济效益指标的影响

为研究不同水平的苜蓿草粉添加对肉鸭生长性能、屠宰性能及经济效益指标的影响,选择体重相近的21日龄樱桃谷肉鸭400只,随机分成4组,每个组10个重复,每重复10只,1组为对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验2、3、4组分别在基础日粮中添加2.0%、4.0%、8.0%苜蓿草粉,预试验7 d,试验期为21 d。结果表明:(1)试验2、3组平均日增重较1组比分别提高11.1%、16.2%(P<0.05),料重比较1组比分别降低6.4%、9.3%(P<0.05),试验2、3、4组平均日采食量均高于1组(P>0.05);(2)试验2、3、4组的屠宰率、全净膛率、半净膛率、腿肌率均高于1组(P>0.05),试验2、3组的胸肌率、瘦肉率较1组比分别提高28.7%、40.6%、16.8%、21.8%(P<0.05),腹脂率较1组比分别降低10.3%、12.7%(P<0.05);(3)试验2、3组每日净收益较1组相比分别提高9.8%、15.2%。综上,4.0%苜蓿草粉添加可以提高肉鸭生长性能、屠宰性能及经济效益。

Effects of different levels of alfalfa meal on growth performance,slaughter performance and economic benefits of ducks

In order to study the effect of different levels of alfalfa meal on growth performance,slaughter performance and economic benefit index of duck.400 cherry valley ducks of 21-days-old with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups,10 replicates in each group and 10 in each replicates.Group 1 was the control group and fed with basic diet.Experiment 2,3 and 4 groups were added with 2.0%,4.0%,8.0%alfalfa powder in the basic diet respectively for 7 days and 21 days.The results showed that:(1)The average daily gain of groups 2 and 3 was 11.1%and 16.2%higher than that of group 1(P<0.05),the ratio of feed to gain was 6.4%and 9.3%lower than that of group 1(P<0.05),the average feed intake of groups 2,3 and 4 was higher than that of group 1(P>0.05);(2)The slaughter rate,full net bore rate,half net bore rate and leg muscle rate of groups 2,3 and 4 were higher than that of group 1(P>0.05),the chest muscle rate and lean meat rate of the groups 2,3 were 28.7%,40.6%,16.8%and 7.6%higher than those of the group 1(P<0.05),and the abdominal fat rate was 10.3%and 12.7%lower than those of the group 1(P<0.05);the daily net income of the groups 2,3 were 9.8%and 15.2%higher than those of the group 1.In conclusion,4.0%alfalfa meal could improve the growth performance,slaughter performance and economic benefit of the ducks.
