| Abstract: | With the continuous changes in the economic situation of the world and China,feed companies will face major development challenges and transformation opportunities.Economic management is the core of development of feed enterprises,applying the flexible management mode to the economic management system of feed enterprises effectively can improve economic management efficiency,so as to improve the economic benefits and strengthen market competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper,problems in economic management of feed enterprises were deeply analyzed,important role of flexible management in enterprise’s economic management was elaborated,and the application of flexible management in economic management of feed enterprises was discussed,so as to improve the market competitiveness of feed enterprises and promote their long-term development. |
